Switch Infill Pattern from Grid to Gyroid

Grid and Triangular infills print over crossing lines on the same layer. If plastic curls up, the high-speed nozzle physically collides with the solid plastic ridge, forcing the stepper motor to skip steps.

If the toothed gear on the stepper motor shaft is loose, the motor shaft can spin freely while the belt remains stationary during high acceleration bursts. Tighten both set screws firmly.
